- If you are a new inside vendor, please download a pdf.file and print it for your own reference or as your guide.
- Follow the diagram and if you want some assistance locating your table, we are here to help you. We want your visit to be a success! Don't hesitate to ask us.
- In a case of an emergency, please know and learn your exit doors. East Convention Hall has three wide doors, One is facing to the east, and the two are facing to the west which is your lobby.
- West Convention Hall has one wide door facing to the east and to the lobby. It has two exit doors facing to the north and south.
- Doors and exits must not be block at anytime during hours of operation.
- There will be an officer present during the event. He is there to assist any emergency and protect the event.
- In the event of a tornado, please follow the officers direction as well as the manager in charge.
- Decatur Parks and Recreation Department has a NO SMOKING ordinance in effect for the Riverside Center.
- NO Dogs are allowed (Exception LICENSED Handicapped Assist Dogs) We will request your license
- The use of alcohol and other controlled substance is prohibited during the event or anywhere in the Riverside Center.
- Photographs and/or video will be taken at today’s event.
- By taking part in this event you grant the event organizers full rights to use the images
resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the
images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the group’s aims. This
might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in their printed and online
publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications. If you do not wish to be
photographed please inform an event organizer.
