Inside Vendors have designated parking on the east side of the Riverside Center. There are limited parking spaces on the back side of the Riverside Center. There are Handicapped Parking spaces behind the Riverside Center Building next to the Rear Entrance to the dinette area. Set up is from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. Show runs from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Permanent vendors may pick up a "Vendor Sign" to place in their windshield area for easy identification. There are double doors into the East Room from the East Parking lot. There are front and rear doors into the main dinette area. For the West Room: there is a north and a south door for outside entrance and exit, with sidewalks leading to those doors.
Vendors are required to remain set up during show hours.
Rent- $20.00 each table (8 foot - set up for you & comes with chair/s)
1 table - $20.00, 2 tables $35.00, 3 tables $55.00
You are allowed to use shelving units on top of the table. You may have boxes of items under your table (but must not be in the aisle). Using table cloths does present a professional look.
All Inside vendors pay in advance to secure rent for a table, chair and space. "Unless our show is cancelled for some unforeseen reason": Rent paid to hold tables for you, and until day of show is over, are NOT Refundable. Payment for Tables must be received by Noon a week prior to 1st Sunday. Those not paid for by Noon a week prior to 1st Sunday, will be rented to another vendor on our waiting list to get in.
